The Market operation

When producers are accepted,  markets may be booked using an online form. Markets are booked, in advance, on a quarterly basis with the current form at this link.

The market takes place on the first and third Saturday of each month and is scheduled to run between 10.00 am to 13.00 pm although there is usaually an early morning rush of customers so it is advised for stallholders to be ready to trade by 9.30 am.

The cost for attending is £25 per market and invoices are issued and payments collected at the market.  Quarterly payments may be negotiated.

There are two areas where the stalls are located :  inside the hall where tables are supplied 6' X 2 1/2' with electricity available and

outdoors; where  covered stalls 8' X 4' are suppled and electricity is available on request.

There is ample free parking adjacent to the market and a tearoom runs on a rota basis inside the hall.
